We offer all the essential services of the NHS contract for community pharmacy. In addition, our pharmacies support the local NHS primary care organisations by offering FREE Medicine Use Reviews, New Medicines Service and other additional services - ask your local pharmacist for further details.
Additional services are available in some areas, Primary Care Trusts in England and Local Health Boards in Wales decide on priorities in their localities according to need.
Our pharmacies support PCT initiatives which improve access to medicines and professional advice. The NHS New Medicines Service is available free of charge to patients prescribed medication for Asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension or for anti-platelet or anticoagulation. This service complements GP services.
